New Telephone System

Following feedback from patients, we are pleased to announce we have introduced a new phone system to the Practice.
Please be aware the options have now changed, please listen carefully to the new options before choosing which option you select so you are put through to the right department first time.
The new options are :
If you are calling to make an appointment or have a general enquiry, press 1.
For Urgent Queries from other health care professionals, press 2.
For Test Results, press 3. ( Please note this line closes at 12pm Wednesdays and 1pm all other days.)
For Admin, Insurance Reports and requests for Medical Records, press 4.
For Referrals, press 5.
To leave a message to cancel an appointment, press 6.
